About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 22bte platform, including all betting, casino gaming, and account management services offered at https://22bte.app ("Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 22bte ("we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety.

22bte reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. These Terms are written in English and the English version shall prevail in all cases.

Eligibility

Who Can Use 22bte

To register and use the 22bte Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times. Failure to meet any requirement may result in account suspension, termination, or forfeiture of funds.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during use of the Platform.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or otherwise legally permitted to access and use an online betting platform in your jurisdiction.
• You must register in your own name using accurate, truthful personal information. Registering on behalf of another person or using false details is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion you have placed on your own account through the Platform's responsible gaming tools.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party when registering or placing bets.

22bte reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Where verification cannot be completed satisfactorily, 22bte may suspend or close the account and withhold funds pending investigation.

Account Registration

Creating and Managing Your 22bte Account

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 22bte Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts, with any bonus balances forfeited. To register, you must provide a valid Bangladesh mobile phone number, which will serve as your primary account identifier and verification contact. The following account rules apply at all times.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Do not share your password with any third party.
• All activity carried out under your account credentials — whether by you or by any other person — is your responsibility. 22bte is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your login details.
• You must notify 22bte immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or if your credentials have been compromised.
• 22bte may require KYC verification at registration or at any point during the account lifecycle. You agree to cooperate fully with verification requests and to provide accurate documentation within the timeframe specified.
• You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Any withdrawable balance will be processed to your registered bKash or Nagad account within the standard withdrawal timeline.

22bte does not permit the transfer of account balances, winnings, or bonuses between players or to third parties. Funds in your account are held for your personal use on the Platform only and carry no cash value outside of the Platform's withdrawal function.

Payments

Deposits and Withdrawals

22bte supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively through the following Bangladesh mobile money platforms: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) with no currency conversion markup. There are no platform fees on deposits or withdrawals to supported Bangladesh mobile money accounts. The following payment terms apply to all transactions on the Platform.

• The minimum deposit is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account and may require manual recovery through support.
• The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same mobile wallet used for the most recent deposit on the account. 22bte does not process withdrawals to third-party wallets or accounts not registered to the account holder.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 2–4 hours for verified accounts. Processing times may be longer during periods of high transaction volume or where additional verification is required.
• 22bte reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal pending identity verification, fraud investigation, or review for compliance with these Terms. During any such review, the funds in question will remain in your account but will not be available for wagering or withdrawal.

All deposited funds must be used for wagering on the Platform. Depositing funds for any purpose other than participation in the Platform's betting and gaming activities — for example, as a currency holding or transfer mechanism — is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.

Bonuses & Promotions

Bonus Terms and Wagering Requirements

22bte may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, promotional credits, or other incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered. 22bte reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at its sole discretion.

• Bonuses are credited to your account balance only after a qualifying deposit has been confirmed. No-deposit bonuses, where offered, are subject to stricter wagering requirements and identity verification before withdrawal is permitted.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable wagering requirement will be communicated at the time the bonus is issued. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play must be wagered the required number of times before a withdrawal request will be approved.
• Bonuses may have an expiry period. Any unused bonus balance and associated winnings will be forfeited on expiry. The expiry date, where applicable, will be stated when the bonus is offered.
• Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time. Attempting to claim a second bonus while an existing bonus is active is not permitted and may result in the forfeiture of both bonuses.
• 22bte reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or bonus-derived winnings from an account where it determines that the bonus was obtained through fraudulent means, bonus abuse, or in breach of these Terms.

Betting Rules

Sports Betting and Casino Game Rules

All bets placed on the 22bte Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, market, or casino game in addition to these general Terms. By placing a bet or starting a casino game session, you accept the applicable rules for that event or game. The following general betting rules apply to all wagers placed on the Platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. 22bte does not permit the cancellation of confirmed bets except where the relevant sporting event is cancelled or voided in accordance with the sport's governing rules.
• In the event of a palpable error in odds — including mispriced lines due to data feed errors, human error, or system fault — 22bte reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software and, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical result of the live game. 22bte does not interfere with game outcomes and is not responsible for losses arising from normal gameplay.
• Where a bet or game session is interrupted due to a technical failure, connectivity issue, or Platform outage, 22bte will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the session from server logs. In the absence of conclusive server-side records, the bet or game round may be voided and the stake returned.

Maximum winnings per bet, per day, or per event may be capped. Where a winnings cap applies, 22bte will communicate this cap in the applicable game or market terms. Winnings in excess of any stated cap will not be paid out.

Responsible Gaming

Responsible Gaming Obligations and Tools

22bte is committed to promoting responsible gaming. All accounts have access to the following responsible gaming tools, which can be activated at any time from account settings without contacting support. Players who believe gambling is negatively affecting their life are strongly encouraged to make use of these tools immediately.

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out. An on-screen alert will notify you when your session limit is approaching.
• Cooling-off period: Take a temporary break of 1 day, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cooling-off period your account remains open but wagering and deposits are disabled.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or for an extended period exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately. Reinstatement after a self-exclusion period requires a formal request to support and a mandatory cooling-off period.

Prohibited Conduct

Actions That Breach These Terms

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 22bte Platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, with all balances (including bonus and real-money funds) forfeited and any winnings voided.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point during account use.
• Opening more than one account, or opening an account in another person's name or on their behalf without explicit written authorization from 22bte.
• Using any software, bot, script, automated tool, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage over other players or to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid detection, or using the Platform as a mechanism for financial fraud.
• Colluding with other players to fix outcomes, share account access, or otherwise manipulate results in a manner that constitutes match-fixing or coordinated fraud.

Account Actions

Suspension and Termination

22bte reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances.

• The account holder is found to have breached any provision of these Terms, including the eligibility, prohibited conduct, payment, or bonus rules.
• 22bte is required to take action in response to a legal order, regulator instruction, or law enforcement request.
• The account has been inactive for a continuous period exceeding 12 months and has a zero balance. 22bte will make reasonable efforts to notify the account holder before closing an inactive account with a positive balance.

Liability

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 22bte shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, system failure, or the cost of substitute services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not 22bte has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

22bte's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Intellectual Property

Platform Content and Ownership

All content on the 22bte Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of 22bte or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the Platform's content except as permitted by these Terms. The 22bte brand name and logo are trademarks of 22bte. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use any trademark, service mark, logo, or trade name of 22bte.

Privacy

Your Data and Our Privacy Policy

22bte collects and processes personal data in connection with your use of the Platform. The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. Amendments

Changes to These Terms

22bte reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice, except where applicable law requires advance notice of material changes. The updated Terms will be posted on the Platform with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

Governing Law

Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 22bte operates as a safe and reliable platform using SSL encryption and fair play standards. In the event of a dispute regarding your account, a transaction, or a bet outcome, you must first contact 22bte support at [email protected] and allow a reasonable period for the matter to be investigated and resolved. 22bte will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes in good faith and in a timely manner.
